Does ResumeWiki Work?
Owen introduced a new wiki comunity - ResumeWiki, which allows you to put your own CV on it and let other people like your friends or colleagues to give comments.
What's the apparent difference between Resumewiki and linkedin? From my point of view, as a online resume center or job center, there is no obvious advantage of Resumewiki to compete with linkedin. Instead, only some tips on resume writing are useful for us.
ResumeWiki is a great idea, the project flows from Jeremy Wright of Ensight, which let you post your own resume on the community wiki and let other people give you comments or edit on it. [source: Resume Wiki - Collaborate work on your own resume]

Well they are completely different. The purpose is totally different and anyone who thinks otherwise is a complete idiot.

I don't think there have any comparability of Linkedin and Resume Wiki, LinkedIn is a service which dedicate on connections, CV you provided on Linkedin are base on your own credit, creditability based on trust or referral connections. ResumeWiki is a workplace on resume writing, there no creditability issue, even if you upload a fake CV, it's doesn't matter. Works on the wiki just help you to polish the resume.
